A downloadable text-based for Linux

Textworld, my first game, is a Westworld-inspired RPG with a flexible AI game master and human-like characters. Every chat and decision influences the narrative. Play with real dice roll mechanics, do whatever you choose, and make Textworld your own.

I've wanted to make this RPG using ChatGPT tech for so long. But it felt super complicated, and I kept putting it off. Then this super short game jam came along, and I jumped in! Tried to build my first game in Unity, but man the scope (image assets, web deployment) was too big and I just couldn't finish in time. Didn’t let that stop me though. Joined this Text Jam, stripped the idea back to just the basics, and wow - I finished Textworld less than 24 hours after that first flop! Seriously, failing fast and learning the hard way has never been so fun.
